While we stress the critical importance of resolution of all employment matters by negotiation, when necessary we also represent our clients in litigation and arbitration of executive employment disputes.

As counselors, we sometimes serve our clients primarily as sounding boards for their concerns, their intended steps, their hopes, their fears. We are frequently consulted in this way during times of critical transition, when additional ideas, perspective and experience are helpful in charting oneās course. Drafting simple-form contracts is a good part of our work.

As attorneys, we give legal advice, and provide legal representation in court, when necessary. Because of our knowledge of the law, and experience with the legal system, we can help direct clients through and between potential legal consequences. Carefully prepared contracts, and addressing claims of contractual breach, are good examples of this. Our clients generally range from vice presidents to chief executive officers.
